The Town of Ault is asking the voters to approve a special sales tax increase on marijuana products being sold within the Town limits, this ballot measure is NOT asking whether or not to allow the sale of marijuana products, which is already allowed by Town ordinance. This is an additional sales tax on marijuana products only, it will not affect the general sales tax rate on any other products.
Please vote yes on Ballot Issue 2J to support projects such as funding for parks, open space and recreation, infrastructure improvements, economic development initiatives, land acquisition, affordable housing initiatives, and community support grants.
