NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Site Plan application by Schroyer Resources LLC for a lot located at the NW corner of Ryland and WCR 84 in the Highland Industrial Park Subdivision, has been presented to the Town of Ault, Colorado, and found to be in substantial compliance with the applicable provisions of law. Therefore, a public meeting is to be held with the Town of Ault Planning Commission at the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., to receive public input and evidence regarding the proposed Site Plan pursuant to Section 16.05.10 of the Ault Municipal Code. This is to be followed by a subsequent meeting with the Ault Town Board of Trustees on Wednesday, December 13, at 7:00 p.m.
