Everyone at Ault Town Hall is pleased to announce that we are converting to a new software system that we hope will alleviate the frustration many have dealt with over the last few months. As with all new programs, there will be set-up and integration necessary to get the program available for use. The training program for and transition to the new system will cause interruption to office hours available to the public during the months of February and March. We ask for your patience as we integrate the program into our day to day operations. We look forward to how this new program will help us to serve each of you better. We will continue to update you on office hours and changes as they become available.
As we implement this new program, we will have to suspend our ability to take credit card payments until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience. As always, we will continue to accept cash, check, or money orders as payment. We are hopeful that we can continue with autopayments, but cannot guarantee it during this transition.
