For civilian records requests:
If you need to request a police report, download the attached file below, print out and complete the form. Bring the completed form with your identification to the Ault Police Department. Police records releases are only available for Ault Police Department reports and are subject to release requirements outlined in the Colorado Revised Statutes.
For private investigators and law firms:
All records requests MUST submit a request on business letterhead with a business card to police-records@aultcolorado.gov. Failure to request in this manner will result in delays to processing.
