Court is held once a month, every second Tuesday at 1:00 pm for last names beginning A-L and 2:30pm for last names beginning M-Z. During court proceedings, entry is made through the east door of the Ault Police Department, 201 First Street.

COURT SESSIONS
Municipal Court is held the second Tuesday of every month for arraignments, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
The defendant will need to sign in at the front north window. The defendant will be asked if they would accept a plea bargain/recommendation prepared by the Town Attorney, and also asked to read and sign a copy of the Advisement of Rights. If the defendant is a juvenile, a parent or legal guardian will need to be present, and will also be asked to sign the Waiver and Guilty Plea and the Advisement of Rights.
If you do wish to accept the Prosecutions recommendation, this may be done at 1:30 p.m. and you will not need to appear in court.
