High Plainz Strains of Ault at 123 Highway 85, has filed a petition for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the use of the property for the Retail Sale of Marijuana. This request will be addressed at the Town of Ault Planning Commission Meeting held on Wednesday, April 5th, 2023 at 6pm. in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers for recommendation to the Ault Town Board of Trustees. Subsequent consideration will be done by the Ault Town Board of Trustees on Wednesday, April 12th, 2023 at 7pm in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers.
A parcel of land situated in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 24, Block 1 of the Ault Town Subdivision, in Section 12, Township 7 West, Range 66 North, in the Town of Ault, County of Weld, State of Colorado otherwise known as 123 Highway 85.
