Hello Town of Ault Utility Billing Customers -
This serves as notification that as that we are completing the transition of your customer accounts to the new E-Billing and Payments portal hosted by the Town of Ault. The old platform will be disabled on Tuesday, December 27th at 8am and access will be discontinued to the site. This replacement site will give the Town of Ault more flexibility in assisting customers, as well as providing customers with better access to what they want to see when they access their online Town utilities information. With this new site you will also be able to set up automatic payments, view historic bills, view consumption records, invite other users to view your account, and update contact information.
If you have any difficulties or problems, please reach out to matt@townofault.org or call Town Hall at 970-834-2844 and select the Licensing option. We also look for your input, comments and suggestions in order to make this portal as user-friendly and accessible as possible.
Please note, that as a result of us leaving our prior supplier in order to provide everyone with a system that does not cause more complaints than it does visitors, portions of data may have not been converted. If you are an Owner, you can create a new account on the MyAultGov site along with using your Account # and PIN #. If you are a tenant or property management company, please reach out to your property owner to have them send you an invite to create an account, or the Town Hall to have you associated with the account.
We are dedicated to make this system work with you, instead of against. There may be some bumps along the way but we implore our customers to reach out and communicate with us (specifically Matt Ramos - matt@townofault.org). There are more updates to come soon, such as live balances and better account management tools.
Your next bill will be attached to your email rather than requiring you to login in order to view it. Again, if you have any suggestions, comments or concerns, please let us know. Now that we have the ability to help you, our customers, we will ensure that your experiences are improved.
