If you are a resident of Ault, have a utility bill and need financial assistance. The State of Colorado will be accepting applications for the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) starting on November 1st.
The Town of Ault is asking the voters to approve a special sales tax increase on marijuana products being sold within the Town limits, this ballot measure is NOT asking whether or not to allow the sale of marijuana products, which is already allowed by Town ordinance. This is an additional sales tax on marijuana products only, it will not affect the general sales tax rate on any other products.
Rabecca Bulkley at 602 Applegate Trail, has filed a petition for a Home-Based Business License to run the business of Avon By Becca out of their home. This request will be addressed at the Town of Ault Planning Commission Meeting held on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 at 6pm. in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers for recommendation to the Ault Town Board of Trustees.

This request will be addressed at the Town of Ault Planning Commission Meeting held on Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 at 6pm. in the Ault Town Hall Council Chambers for recommendation to the Ault Town Board of Trustees.
The Town of Ault will be accepting applications for retail and medical marijuana establishments for three sites beginning September 26, 2022. Applications must be submitted to the Town Clerk's office by 4:30 p.m., October 31, 2022. Only one application per site (unless the site will be used for an allowed co-located business) will be accepted. The Marijuana Licensing Authority's Selection Committee will review applications that have been submitted to the Licensing Clerk, to determine which applicants will be awarded the opportunity for an available license.
The Town of Ault is currently accepting bids for a Town Facilities Handyperson to assist in various projects and on any upcoming projects in a contractual form.
